

Designs educational, civic and athletic facilities specializing in K‑12, higher‑ed, municipal and sports architecture.
The Architect role involves project-managing a team through all design phases—planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration. The position reports to the Project Principal and Project Manager and supports clients in turning project goals into reality.
The ideal candidate is flexible, able to juggle multiple projects, and passionate about exploring varied design markets. They are self-prioritizing, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Integrity, a positive attitude, and an energetic work ethic are essential.
Advanced expertise in Revit, Adobe, Lumion, Enscape, as well as Microsoft and Google suites, is required. The role also calls for the ability to mentor, present multiple design solutions, develop concepts, and stay abreast of industry trends through vendor collaboration.
Candidates must hold an NAAB-accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, be a registered architect in the U.S. (Texas or Oklahoma preferred), and have at least five years of experience, including two in a leadership role.
