- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and eliminate waste
- Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and standards to ensure sustainable improvements
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s continuous improvement roadmap
- Facilitate CI workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to build organizational capability
- Analyze operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities across manufacturing, supply chain, production, and administrative functions
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and impact
- Partner with senior leadership to align CI initiatives with overall business objectives
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to overcome resistance and embed continuous improvement practices into daily operations
- Mentor and coach employees on CI tools, methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques

- Strong investment in modern equipment, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
