Resident Experience Coordinator - Part Time
Revel Communities
Revel Communities designs and manages innovative senior living communities across the U.S.
Coordinate senior resident programs and activities, support engagement and events.
Prepare flyers, calendars, newsletters, and provide content for social media websites as needed by collaborating with Resident Experience Team.
Support the “Welcome Home Program”, focusing on resident engagement, onboarding, and retention. Assists each functional leader fulfills a series of activities aimed at engaging with new residents.
Assist with scheduling transportation or driving vehicles as needed; ensures company vehicle is maintained to standards.
Keeps Revel team members informed of resident programming and seeks opportunities for alignment with Culture Crew activities.
Provides coverage to Concierge desk as needed.
Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities.
Collaborate with Resident Experience Director in planning, execution, and delivery of programs/events. Includes attendance, set-up, tear-down, participation, and evaluation of events.
Communicates and collaborates with other departments and vendors to ensure exemplary hospitality standards are met for events.

Ability to promote a positive and friendly teamwork attitude in the execution of all duties.
Proficiency with the use of computers, mobile devices (e.g., tablets, iPads), AV equipment/technology, and other office equipment (e.g., phones, scanners, copiers, fax machines, etc.) as well as possess familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
HS diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
Ability to adjust to varying work settings, including office, community common areas, and outdoor venues. This may include periods of extended time sitting, standing, walking, bending, etc.
1+ years of related work experience in the senior living and/or hospitality industry preferred.
Reasoning skills that include the ability to understand issues and process information for giving and receiving feedback and instructions. Proficiency communicating in English.
Ability and willingness to drive the community vehicle(s); must possess a valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence.
Ability to lift and carry objects of varying shapes and sizes up to 25 pounds to help support the execution of planned events.
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as well as be available to residents at peak service times and days.
