  • You will also be in charge of training and mentoring the entire team of waiters, ensuring their knowledge is second to none and they are able to assist our guests in the best possible way.
  • By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the residence and the beach club as well as the upcoming service.
  • You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team with your can-do spirit and a positive attitude at all times.
  • Manage a section of tables and guests, ensuring coordination between other members of the team to guarantee immaculate guest experience. Service can include beach sections with cabanas and sunbeds.
  • You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the Beach Club needs.
  • During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet, high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
  • You ensure a smooth and efficient communication with the culinary team and share with them any guest relation information that would impact the guest experience.
  • You are aware of revenue targets and ensuring these are achieved and exceeded, simultaneously all costs are controlled within pre-set budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.
  • You are the ultimate responsible for the guest`s experience, that means you make sure any dietaries restrictions are properly communicated.
  • You will be in charge of warmly greeting guests assigned to your area of the restaurant, presenting the menu, recommending and upselling menu items through your passion and knowledge ensuring the highest guest satisfaction.
  • Serving others is your passion, you will be ensuring the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to by the supporting team members.

  • You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
  • You`ll bring your excellent understanding of service standards and ability to anticipate guest expectations.
  • You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in luxury hotels and high-end restaurants preferably in the Middle East.
  • English is the primary language used in our beach club. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
  • Your strong organizational skills will be instrumental to ensure a smooth and consistent service in all the areas of the outlet.
  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
