In this position you will join a small engineering team that works closely with operations, quality and production planning to deliver manufacturing solutions for chemical and heat‑treatment processes.

Solve emergent technical issues with focus on quality, cost, and delivery.
Apply DFMEA/PFMEA to drive process improvements and reduce risk.
Maintain engineering technical governance throughout the manufacturing method.
Collaborate with the wider business to achieve new product introduction objectives.
Manage and balance workload and resource capacity for reliable delivery.
Provide shift‑working support during production phases as needed.
