What you would be doing

  • Upload initial budgets and estimates at completion into Oracle.
  • Maintain and update cost trackers for small studies in Excel.
  • Manage administrative processes including Job Registration, Vendor Registration, and Transaction Approval Forms.
  • Liaise with Accounts to coordinate time transfers and bill rate overrides.
  • Reconcile project invoicing against actuals in preparation for managerial approval.
  • Refresh weekly resource allocation spreadsheets for both secured and unsecured work.

  • Code and process sub-consultant invoices accurately.

  • Prior use of document management systems including Aconex and SDx would be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-level administration role in an engineering/project environment required
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint required

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills required
  • Advanced computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and desktop publishing
