Review and approve on design for transmission line and substation equipment to be submitted by the Contractor.
Cooperate with other experts on preparation, implementation, and supervision of daily activities, particularly with Electrical Engineer.
Advise and assist other engineers in terms of mechanical installation works.
Advise and assist Project Manager in supervision of installation of generating equipment in general during absence of RE (Electrical).
Carry out satisfactory project management related to installation and testing of transmission line and substation equipment in terms of progress control, cost, quality, risk, safety, environment, claim and others.
Prepare and submit the required reports and documents including O&M manual and completion reports in terms of installation of mechanical equipment.
Maintain construction records of transmission line and substation equipment.
Assist and cooperate with Contract Engineer for issuance of variation order for transmission line and substation equipment.
Assist and cooperate with Resident Engineer and Contract Engineer for claim settlement for transmission line and substation equipment.
Carry out factory inspection for transmission line and substation equipment, and prepare inspection reports.
Check and certify the contractor’s monthly statement for payment related to transmission line and substation equipment.

Experience as an Electrical Engineer as a Resident for a large hydropower construction project.
International experience working on hydropower / dam construction sites as a Resident.
