Identify emerging trends among partners or partnership areas, along with potential new partners and escalate to Partnership team for review and action.
Complete pre-meeting research and summarize and distribute meeting notes
Respond to general partner emails, requests from partners, or internal requests from the leadership team.
Collaborate with Chief Partnership Officer to identify key cross-partner communications opportunities. Execute plan, creating timetable, ensuring messaging and assets are developed and reviewed in a timely fashion, and executing delivery via email or mail
Track key events of current and potential partners, creating and maintaining the cross-functional calendar with leadership team visibility. Ensure FCAS representatives that attend events have necessary preparatory materials to speak/participate
Support operational requirements for team & Chief Partnership Officer, including collateral and other projects
Day-to-day management of Partnerships Salesforce tool, ensuring updated and accurate data on all partners and activities are inputted and reflected in a timely manner
Prepare Partnership and FCAS team members for partner visits to FCAS
Create and distribute weekly tracker of key partner activities to Partnership and leadership teams and other relevant reporting as requested

Bachelor’s degree in operations, project management or similar field or commensurate experience
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Suite/Apps
2-4 years of relevant experience
Strong relationship manager – reading between the lines and being appropriately assertive to ensure work is completed
Ability to influence others professionally and persuasively to ensure Partnerships work by cross-functional partners within the organization and outside FCAS is completed
Ability to work independently and collaborate within the team, anticipating issues before they arise
Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
Extremely organized and proactive with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong verbal and written communications skills – able to communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external audiences, and to a range of entry and senior level individuals
Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
