Description

• Responsible for the revenue from existing projects.
• Should be responsible for vendor supervision & relationship building.
• Maintaining design and BOM supervision.
• Responsible for efficiency improvement and outrage control during O&M.
• O&M Implementation within the given budget.
• Acquiring Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional clients for solar rooftop projects.
• Responsible for project development & implementation in solar rooftops & EPC projects.
• Maintaining database.
• Responsible for commissioning with the budget.
• Building up multiple quality execution teams.
• Responsible for process documentation and system implementation

Requirements

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years' prior Solar industry related business development experience
• Focused and goal-oriented
