- Participate in due diligence of potentially attractive market spaces and startups
- Lead discovery conversations with stakeholders to explore workflows, pain points, and interest in emerging technology.
- Support internal processes, collaborating with legal, procurement, risk, and security groups by facilitating the sourcing / vetting of new technologies.
- Support investment diligence workflows by creating company profiles, technology summaries, and competitive benchmarking.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback across teams to produce clear narratives around organizational needs and opportunities.
- Prepare and present insights and trend updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, founder meetings, and internal insight-gathering interviews.
- Conduct independent and proactive market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and relevant startups in the FinTech and PropTech space.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and startup founders.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Analytical and research-oriented mindset.
