As a key technical leader you will direct and oversee the establishment of repeatable, scalable and automated systems of work that keep information and data secure, accessible and useful across the entire lifecycle. You will provide internal and client‑facing technical advice, consultation and training to ensure clear understanding and consistent adoption of these systems, while contributing to the development of internal standards, methods and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience using BIM or IM in engineering projects, with practical implementation of ISO 19650 and exposure to approaches from sectors such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Infrastructure. You are working towards professional accreditation, excel at creating organised, repeatable workflows and can teach others the benefits of effective data use, with practical expertise in advanced digital use cases.
The role may require UK security clearance, with vetting conducted by United Kingdom Security Vetting; candidates must be prepared to provide proof of five years UK residency if needed. We are committed to an inclusive culture, offering family‑friendly policies, flexible working arrangements and employee resource groups, and we value applications from diverse backgrounds as an equal‑opportunity employer.
We offer competitive salaries, an employee rewards scheme and a flexible benefits package that you can tailor to your health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle choices. You will benefit from extensive training and professional development opportunities, a hybrid working culture and generous holiday allowances to balance work and personal life.
