- Responsible for such scheduled functions as cleaning entire homes including bathrooms, appliances thoroughly throughout.
- Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the cleaning team.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and direction to cleaning team members.
- Perform Quality Control checks on cleaning teams to ensure time and quality expectations are met.
- Responsible for carrying and maintaining all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform routine functions.
- Complete work quickly and efficiently in order to meet project deadlines and to reduce home vacancy.
- Work as member of a team with new associates to train best practices and meet deadlines and performance standards.
- May be responsible for other common area cleaning including trash pick-up doggie waste station and community trash removal.

- Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Please note that this position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.
