Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships is essential to ensure 100 % satisfaction and to keep clients informed about new jobsite solutions. Promptly resolving inquiries, complaints, or requests and delivering compelling sales presentations are also required.
Developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience is a continuous focus.

Employment is contingent on passing a background check, and some roles may require a drug test depending on responsibilities.
Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $600,000 total, consisting of a $24,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with no market restrictions. Primary responsibilities include territory management, market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
