Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.
Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.
Removes trash from offices and other work areas. Stripping and waxing of floors, burnishing waxed floors, cleaning, and maintaining carpeted floors, and floor scrubbing of ceramic tile floors. Assist other service personnel with minor facility service repair. Follow established routine. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.
Maintain good attendance in accordance with Company policy
Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to; perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms, and public areas in clean and orderly condition.
Communicates with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives

Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
Team members must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
Information Ordering — The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
Experience: Two years’ experience in Janitorial / Custodial applications desirable.
Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
Must be able to use hand tools and cleaning machinery on a daily basis such as floor sweepers and brooms.
Control Precision — The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
Compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties
The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner
Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools
Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required
Communication/ Expression —The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
