Manage the monthly billing cycle in conjunction with Project Managers and the Regional Operations Lead.
Act as the HENRI (Salesforce) superuser, delivering training on project manager fundamentals, project setup and billing.
Maintain forecasting accuracy, ensuring data integrity across regional reporting.
Ensure compliance with IMS responsibilities and contribute to project health checks across the national business.
Support onboarding and operational induction for new starters across the region.
Provide any other information to support your TSA Riley recruitment experience.
Support resource management, revenue processes, business operation budgets and general administrative workflows.
Provide operational support to the NSW Team, RGM and Leadership Team as required.
