- Implement corporate HSE policies, plans, and legislation while monitoring performance.
- Ensure client safety requirements are fully met.
- Liaise with safety managers and contractors to improve HSE management practices.
- Monitor contractor compliance with legal and client safety measures on site.
- Review and approve site safety, emergency, and method statement plans.
- Evaluate risk analyses and the effectiveness of hazard control measures.
- Conduct HSE inspections and report issues for immediate rectification.
- Review contractors’ monthly HSE inspection reports.
- Lead monthly safety meetings, set targets, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Oversee emergency preparedness, permit‑to‑work systems, toolbox talks, and HSE statistics.
- Analyze incident/accident investigations, communicate lessons learned, and track corrective actions.

- Demonstrate knowledge of UAE Federal Laws, Dubai Municipality Construction Safety Code, and RTA guidelines.
