Ensure employee personnel files are complete, accurate and up to date.
Assist with monthly & quarterly Benefit audits (i.e. health insurance, 401k, PTO, Sick time, insurance drivers/vehicles).
Pull reports as needed for Accounting, Finance, HR and leadership. Provide specific reports as scheduled for Board Meetings, leadership meeting and other data based reporting tools.
Process Payroll for all payroll cycles.
Oversee HR ad hoc projects as necessary.
Assist new hires with Rippling demos/training.
Responsible for developing and/or updating human resource documents, processes and forms
Assist in updating the company intranet with relevant HR information and updates.
Assist with Worker’s Compensation injuries and reporting.
Handle offboarding process to include separation notices and related documentation, HRIS updates, exit interviews and other tasks necessary for a seamless separation.
Lead the onboarding process and conduct new hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding
Process onboarding of new hires through HRIS, ensure completion of all required forms/documents (i.e. I-9, W4, policy acknowledgements, trainings, etc.).
Coordinate leave of absence processes and manage the collection of arrears while employees are on leave.
Participate in coordination of companywide HR training and HR meetings (i.e. harassment prevention training, safety, benefits open enrollment, etc.).
Update monthly anniversaries and birthdays to the intranet.
Act as first point of contact, monitor and answer emails and calls for HR Related matters. Answer routine questions. Route emails, calls, mail and questions as appropriate.
Administer and analyze Onboarding surveys.
Actively participate in the Social Club and assist in coordination of social club events.

Recent college graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar, or possess relevant experience.
Must be able to successfully interact with all levels of employees—peers, subordinates, and senior management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with overseeing a project, process, etc. to the
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
