The role supports a banking client by delivering exceptional workplace experiences and acting as the main point of contact for staff and visitors. It involves overseeing daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving engagement initiatives across the portfolio.
The position requires close collaboration with service partners, occupants and internal teams to maintain consistent service delivery, coordinate events and site tours, manage meeting rooms and internal communications, and uphold health‑and‑safety requirements.
Ideal candidates are strong communicators with 1‑2 years of hospitality or customer‑service experience, who are self‑motivated, adaptable, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. They should be goal‑oriented team players with excellent verbal and written skills, strong organisational abilities and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
