Technician - Production

Description

• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production lines.
• Setup: Prepare machines for operation by calibrating them according to specific production needs and specifications.
• Production operation: Operate, control and monitor machinery to meet production quotas and quality standards.
• Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning and routine maintenance on equipment; troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
• Record-keeping: Maintain accurate logs of production data, machine performance, and any malfunctions.
• Safety: Follow all KONE safety procedures and workplace regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Quality control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments to machinery as needed.

Requirements

• Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to inspect products and make precise adjustments.
• Basic skills: Proficiency with basic math skills and measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Technical knowledge: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and machine operating instructions.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Production operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Physical ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift objects, and perform physical tasks as required by the specific role.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors.
