Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are completed within financial constraints.
Conduct quality control reviews during key project phases, ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.

Ability to ensure that project designs are technically accurate and meet regulatory standards.
Knowledge of quality control practices in architectural design and construction.
Strong understanding of architectural design processes, building systems, and construction methods.
Ability to lead project teams through all phases of design and construction.
Advanced technical drafting and detailing skills.
Ability to manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with project management principles and construction documentation processes.
Proficiency in architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD) for preparing design and construction documents.
Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Licensed Architect (RA).
Frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, telephones, and printers.
Occasional light physical activity such as walking, standing, or carrying materials (up to 25 lbs.).
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.
Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
Understanding of sustainability principles and certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.).
