Project Executive

Description

• Lead, train, coach, and mentor high‑performance teams; conduct performance appraisals.
• Build and maintain trusted‑advisor client relationships.
• Administer and oversee contract and subcontract agreements.
• Drive organizational change and promote community involvement.
• Strengthen relationships with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Create, update, and manage the Master Project Schedule.
• Collaborate with pre‑construction on project development.
• Manage budget, financial reporting, and ensure fiscal adherence.
• Lead risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
• Ensure business ethics compliance and advise others.
• Uphold high standards of accountability and integrity; mentor staff.
• Oversee field operations and engineering processes.
• Guide team on insurance, labor, and employee‑relations matters.
• Enforce safety protocols across project staff.
• Champion emerging technologies, sustainability initiatives, and innovation.
• Foster diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering, architectural, construction, or project‑management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, architecture, engineering or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills; effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and quickly learn new software platforms.
• Technical background in building engineering and commercial projects.
• Detailed knowledge of resource planning and financial planning.
• Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• General knowledge of construction principles and practices.
