Management of the Legal Compliance
To manage and facilitate both internal and external audits ensuring necessary evidence is compiled.
Management of NCR close out process with operations.
To assist in the development and improvement of process with the relevant operations personnel in all areas supporting the Lead Compliance Manager
Procedural reviews for all areas with a common focus ensuring all are in date, updated with the owners and changes briefed out.
Management of LUS and Management Reviews for all BU’s.
To ensure all necessary compliance reporting is completed for the Heads of HSQE and the Senior Team.
To oversee both internal and external audits ensuring necessary evidence is compiled.
To provide and promote support for compliance issues from the BU’s.
To communicate updates/changes/improvements in both systems and working process to and with Operations and Compliance/HSQE Teams.
As a team, manage and communicate with reporters and satisfactorily close any ‘Documentation’ related Aureos Contributions.
To ensure the necessary Aureos and BU Standards are in place at all Aureos locations.
To complete audits as required
To support the Senior Management / Directors / MDs to ensure the promotion of common process across all Aureos BU’s and the reduction of redundant process.
To provide independent review of the BU’s systems and compliance with relevant Legislation, Standards and Company process.
Build effective relationships
To provide and promote support for compliance issues from the BUs.
Creation and updating of common evidence folders for audits.
To manage necessary travel and location visits.
To participate in the completion of the audit plan. Both internal and external
To communicate with the Lead HSQE Managers and relevant Operations staff, ensuring audit requirements are met and prep completed.

NEBOSH National General Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety

Excellent computer skills, SharePoint, MS Word, Excel
Keen eye for detail
Willingness to travel
PIEMA or environmental experience
Knowledge of PAS 2080, Achilles, NSAR, 27001, 44001, 45003 or 50001
Driving Licence
Internal Auditor Training
Prepared to train new team members as and when required
