- Bonne compréhension du fonctionnement d’un chantier.
- Polyvalence, autonomie et aisance à communiquer.
- Aptitudes en rédaction de rapports et en travail d’équipe multidisciplinaire.
- Effectuer des relevés photos des travaux en cours.
- Excellentes habiletés en négociation.
- Détenir la carte ASP construction, un permis de conduire valide et l’accès à une voiture.
- Effectuer le suivi des mises en marche et de la mise en service.
- Contribuer à la rédaction et au suivi des listes de déficiences.
- Minimum 3 années d’expérience en surveillance de chantier en mécanique du bâtiment.
- Maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Contribuer à la recommandation des montants à verser pour les demandes de paiement des entrepreneurs.
