- Download, install, and update software across various onboard systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform and participate in road tests, completing inspection checklists and verifying system performance
- Conduct comprehensive testing of all bus systems and operational functions
- Collaborate with the Final Finish Supervisor to ensure timely bus delivery to customers
- Torque wheels to specification; coordinate alignment and A/C commissioning scheduling and approvals

- Physical ability to:
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours when required
- Flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair or maintenance experience (preferred)
- Experience with pre-delivery inspections for buses or RVs (an asset)
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, including CAN BUS architecture
- Comfort working in environments with vibration and moving mechanical parts
- Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meters)
- Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently lift up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Program and calibrate entry and exit door mechanisms
- Ability to read and interpret automotive electrical schematics
- On-the-job training provided in a continuous learning environment
