Oversee and deliver infrastructure programs, managing budget, schedule, and staff.

Providing single point accountability for program delivery for ongoing existing and future programs in the areas of overall management and project controls and providing analysis of key performance metrics and program strategies
Consistently and successfully developing and implementing solutions for the Program
Supporting and leading multi-disciplinary teams on utility infrastructure design and construction projects
Assuring that projects & associated tasks within the Program are staffed with the appropriate resources and skill sets to achieve project objectives within Company profit model
Initiating and maintaining Client relationships to facilitate Program activities
Work in a manner to ensure personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies
Leading planning studies, design, and construction services related to energy/water/sewer/stormwater infrastructure rehabilitation and replacement projects
Supporting staff with field activities including providing technical assistance during construction and other fieldwork
Leading assigned specialist technical resources through challenging project assignments and complex client environments to deliver the program objectives
Establishing program/project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of Company policy
Manage the financial aspects of contracts to protect Company's interests and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client
Communicating areas of concern to Program Leadership Team including the Client

10 years program management experience of infrastructure/buildings/utility projects preferred
Must have the ability to convey project needs to the project managers and clients and to formulate those needs into comprehensive plans and specifications
Strong willingness to be a part of a large global engineering company, and to work with teams in other offices around the world
Direct experience in developing and updating cost and resource loaded schedules using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and other database programs, web-based tools and spreadsheets
BA/BS in Engineering preferred
Must demonstrate organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with financial modeling of large development projects
Candidate should be proactive and self-starting with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with large contractors, material suppliers, and OEMs for procurement of long-lead equipment
Expert knowledge of scheduling practices and cost engineering concepts
Experience in the public sector. Municipal experience in areas of public works, utilities, transportation, and industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a team of specialized employees and contractors in a coordinated and integrated manner
Experience with Transmission, Distribution, and Generation components of the Energy Market
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and negotiating skills
Demonstrated experience in development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), scheduling and schedule analysis, cost estimating and cost control, budget development, reporting and record/document control
Experience developing RFPs and executing contracts for large electrical infrastructure projects, including various contract types (i.e. EPC, Design-Build, Design/Bid/Build)
Must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
