The Leasing Consultant will manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, including daily onsite attendance, showing units, processing applications, and maintaining leasing data. The role also supports resident retention programs, handles complaints, and contributes to office and common‑area upkeep. Compensation includes $18‑$19 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) match, and performance bonuses.
The position requires regular movement, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders or stairs, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in varied weather conditions. A high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations are required.
