Deliver design drafting according to required project timeframes and standards by coordinating and supervising project members, reviewing deliverables and preparing design and detail drawings in line with requirements;
Maintain consistent design drafting standards across projects by communicating expectations and holding project members to account for standards;
Comply with all of Ausenco corporate policies and procedures by adopting Ausenco Quality Assurance and Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and requirements.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Mechanical design, plant layout experience with crushing, grinding, materials handling, flotation, slurry, pumping, slurry agitation, particle size classification and separation would also be highly regarded;
Advanced diploma or equivalent in mechanical engineering technology
Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
Experience managing teams and leadership capabilities
Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling: Plant3D, S3D, Advance Steel
Experience in Mechanical design and drafting of Mineral Processing Plants within a large project, multidisciplinary EPC/EPCM environment
