- Support project setup and transition, ensuring readiness for delivery and minimising planning risks.
- Phone conversation with Talent Acquisition team
- Identify and secure new opportunities, managing due diligence, deal structuring, and consultant engagement.
- Evaluate and prepare investment cases for prospective acquisitions, including feasibility studies and financial analysis.
- Develop project budgets and business cases, ensuring alignment with financial metrics and strategic goals.
- Coordinate planning approvals and liaise with internal and external stakeholders throughout the development application process.
