We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Discipline Lead for our Dubai office. The role provides technical and commercial leadership for the CI MEP team, shaping strategy and overseeing all aspects of the business unit. The position reports to senior management and operates with broad objectives and limited administrative supervision.
Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering, a PE license preferred, and at least 20 years of MEP engineering experience with proven leadership, especially in the Middle East. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and local codes, excellent project management and communication skills, and a deep understanding of sustainable design practices.
