We are recruiting a permanent Land Management Supervisor for the Wagga‑Blamey Barracks location, with a start date of January 2026. The role is open to candidates from any background, whether they bring Defence experience, industry knowledge or transferable skills from other sectors, and we value a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and empowered.
Successful candidates will have experience in land management, horticulture or environmental services, strong leadership and team coordination skills, and a solid understanding of WHS and environmental compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are also essential.
