All Control Service Technicians typically load and unload materials for projects and move these materials into place at the job site. This may involve carrying a load in tight and difficult situations and on uneven terrain.

Universal refrigerant certification.
All candidates will be familiar with the safe operation and capable of using hammer type drills and similar tools.
Comfortable climbing ladders and working from scissor lifts at heights.
Valid Driver’s License, able to pass drug test and background check
Having an in-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration.
Ability to troubleshoot DDC plant and field controllers using PC and meters.
Must have a good working knowledge of the design, operation and maintenance of a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment.
Minimum 2 years combined experience within Commercial Service/Controls.
Works well unsupervised to complete project is a safe manner and proficient manner.
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of BAS, Building Automation, systems, (Trane and Honeywell)
All candidates for this position should be reasonably physically fit and capable of picking up a 50 lb. tool, piece of equipment or piece of material and moving it about either on a jobsite, at a vendor, our warehouse, etc.
