Bachelor's degree in engineering, facility management, construction management, or related field; or equivalent technical background.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or more core technical disciplines, including Joint Commission standards.
Proficiency with CMMS systems and facility reporting tools - preferred.
Strong familiarity with applicable codes and industry standards.
Prior experience in healthcare facility operations or as a Joint Commission SME - preferred.
Ability to work independently in a consulting capacity with minimal supervision.
5+ years working with The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements and undergone numerous TJC assessments.
Professional credentials such as CFM, FMP, PE, CEM, PMP, or similar - preferred.
Experience supporting federal facilities or government contracting environments - preferred.
