Strong business acumen including financial literacy, strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and experience with developing business cases and KPIs.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in municipal utility operations, consulting, or water/wastewater services.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills to paint compelling solution narratives.
Prior client-facing experience in technical solutions, technical business consulting, or strategic advisory roles.
Consultative, client-centered communication: active listening, translating needs into solutions.
Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, environmental, or process), Environmental Science, Business Administration or related field required.
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect big-picture vision to actionable plans.
Valid Driver’s license and safe driving record.
Strong technical background in water/wastewater operations, asset management, or municipal utility consulting.
Engineering and/or Operator Certification or other equivalent confirmation of technical qualifications is highly valued.
Track record of successfully developing and delivering client solutions in a technical services or infrastructure context.
Proven ability to structure and package differentiating service offerings for clients.
Collaborative and influential, comfortable working across technical, commercial, and client-facing teams.
