Key responsibilities include project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management. The role requires ownership of safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience from start to finish, as well as leading and mentoring the project team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate holds a BS degree from an ABET‑accredited engineering or management program and brings at least ten years of experience in utility transmission project management and the electric utility industry. Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams, serve as a client liaison, multitask, and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment is essential. PMP certification, engineering design, and construction/start‑up experience are valued but not required.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing a mix of in‑office and remote work. It provides the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission and distribution projects while coordinating with various internal and external departments throughout the project lifecycle.

The compensation range for this role is $142,710.00 – $215,440.00, with a transparent total package that includes base salary, benefits, and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. The company’s commitment to equitable pay complies with all local and state regulations.
