Lead and manage daily operations of the prefabrication shop, ensuring all work meets company and industry standards.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to review designs for constructability, resolve conflicts, and incorporate value engineering alternatives.
Travel to project sites as required, which may include temporary relocation for the duration of the project.
Develop and monitor detailed production schedules, coordinating with project managers, field operations, and supply chain teams for timely delivery.
Contribute to estimating processes, including quantity take-offs and pricing analysis, ensuring project budgets are accurate and aligned with market conditions.
Oversee material procurement, manage inventory, and ensure tools and machinery are available and maintained.
Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures and safety protocols (including OSHA standards).
Drive process optimization initiatives, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
