- Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
- Assess and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
- Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
- Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
- Assist with the transition of new and existing accounts. Solve critical client issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc.
- Help perform quality control review of administered leases. Correct any verifications and updates to meet required lease related compliance and reporting.
- Gather and review data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
- Assist with the preparation of reports.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure the payments of rent and property taxes are paid in a timely manner.

- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
- A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

- Complex math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
- High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
