- Support external audits, governance reviews, and WHS systems management
- Support and coordinate safety across multiple sites
- Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and RTW programs
- Deliver WHS metrics, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership
- Audit hazard registers and maintain risk assessments
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance nationally
- Provide WHS leadership, guidance, and support across all sites
- Partner with site teams and safety reps to strengthen compliance

- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Tertiary qualification and/or Cert IV/Diploma in WHS highly regarded
- Strong WHS experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Logistics & transport experience is also transferrable
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, systems, and risk frameworks
- Analytical mindset with experience reporting on WHS trends and metrics
