The Senior Director of Professional Services will lead day‑to‑day operations of a large, multiyear IT services portfolio and a staff‑augmentation business in New Mexico. This hands‑on leadership role oversees implementation, client onboarding, solution design, training, and scheduling while fostering operational excellence and organic growth. The director will mentor senior consultants and project managers, manage P&L, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align resources and expectations.
The position follows a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote, and requires up to 25 % travel to client sites.
