Operations & Logistics Internship

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, planning, and procurement.
• Maintain accurate delivery data and follow up with planners on any delays.
• Support sales order processing: Enter customer orders into the system to initiate the order process.
• Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the operations team.
• Develop tracking reports (using Power BI, Power Query, or Python) to monitor Sales and Purchase Order status.
• Support documentation and data entry tasks to ensure system accuracy.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
• Support open purchase orders: Review overdue orders and follow up with vendors to confirm delivery timelines.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to operations and logistics.
• Generate material planning reports and check with planners on any shortages or updates.

As an Operations & Logistics Intern at Delta Electronics, you’ll play a key role in supporting our supply chain and operations team.
