

Independent full‑scope technical maintenance provider for multi‑brand onshore and offshore wind turbines.
The Site Manager role oversees all duties on a wind farm, providing leadership and technical direction for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic turbine systems. Responsibilities include managing customer relations, site budget, technicians, reporting, service logs, and optimizing turbine performance.
Key functions involve directing day‑to‑day site operations, recognizing turbine error codes, ensuring timely financial reporting, and delivering turbine availability. The manager also leads the site team within contractual scope, develops personnel, and captures out‑of‑scope service opportunities.
Collaboration with engineering is required to devise improved maintenance, diagnostics, and operational strategies that add customer value and reduce service costs. The role also entails preparing routine reports, service orders, checklists, and AWP documentation while serving as the direct line manager for all site staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED (a bachelor’s degree is a plus), at least three years of wind industry experience with two years in management, a valid driver’s license, and advanced MS Office skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 100 lb, climb 300 ft with gear, meet weight limits for personal fall arrest systems, and pass a physical exam and drug screening.
