• Continuously scan the market to identify trends and competitor moves.
• Report on activity, pipeline, and forecasts with precision.
• Promote Rycor at local events and trade shows.
• Align recommendations with each client’s needs, preferences, and budget.
• Negotiate contracts and close to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Own the in-home consultation: assess, design, and propose the right solution.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Capture measurements and photos; produce accurate equipment layouts.
• Measuring and Quoting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a frictionless customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-directed, results-oriented, and disciplined.
• Negotiation strength and a closer’s mindset.
• Effective both solo and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication, rapport-building, and trust-earning skills.
• Background in sales or account management—ideally in-home.
