This is more than a sales role. We are looking for someone who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences and is driven not only by targets but also by the satisfaction of helping people find their perfect home in later life. Your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and guide them through a major life decision with care and confidence will be at the heart of your success.

A proactive approach, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and a keen eye for detail will set you apart. While previous experience in housebuilding or estate agency is an advantage, it is not essential. Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with everything you need to succeed - what truly matters is your passion, dependability, and drive to deliver outstanding results.

To excel in this role, you will need a strong commercial mindset and a clear, proactive approach to managing and driving your own pipeline. Your ability to balance customer needs with business goals will be key to delivering real impact. You will be a confident individual with a proven track record in a customer-focused, target-driven environment and will need exceptional communication skills, genuine empathy, and the determination to see every opportunity through to a successful outcome.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, organisational skills, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Tuesday to Saturday work pattern (Sunday and Mondays off)
  • Experience in a customer-centric sales environment, with a proven track record in a target-driven setting.
