Bala Consulting Engineers provides multidisciplinary engineering services across various sectors.
Perform department management activities including recruitment, hiring, coaching, and leadership
Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally
Serve as an engineering leader and technical expert with the ability to answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering staff.
Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by.
Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff.
Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors.
Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects.
Knowledge of Sustainable certification programs
Excellent interpersonal skills
10 plus years’ experience in mechanical design (MEP)
Skilled technical writer
Bachelor’s degree mechanical engineering and PE license required
Team supervisory experience
Agencies must obtain advance written approval from Bala Consulting Engineer’s HR/Recruiting Department to submit resumes. This approval must be in the form of a valid fully executed contract for service as well as a request to submit candidates to a specific job opening.
