Groundskeeper - Waterford West and Waterford Manors

Description

• Keep all property areas clean and attractive, including common areas, walkways, hallways, breezeways, and amenities.
• Remove litter, pet waste, weeds, and cigarette butts; perform minor landscaping cleanup to maintain curb appeal.
• Assist maintenance technicians with service requests to ensure timely, satisfactory completion.
• Report safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs to management.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in snow removal as an essential team member.
• Help hold landscaping vendors accountable to contract standards.
• Maintain positive communication with residents and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe.
• Uphold Mills’ Core Values and follow company policies and procedures.

From landscaping and upkeep to assisting with seasonal projects, your work helps ensure our community always looks its best — a place residents are proud to live.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred) and groundskeeping experience (preferred).
• Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proven record of sharing ideas, encouraging others, and fostering collaboration.

Benefits

Pay is based on experience, with a midpoint range of $17 per hour.
