- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, OpenRoads and Civil3D an asset
- Experience with MTO, City of London, Region of Waterloo, or other Ontario municipality are an asset
- Bachelor’s University Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or Civil Engineering Technology degree with CET designation
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in municipal or transportation engineering
- Familiar with construction inspection and preparation of reports
- Understanding of traffic engineering principles
