- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical discussions and project updates.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and contractors to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems.
- Manage ELV maintenance schedules and respond to system faults or breakdowns.
- Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, BMS, and structured cabling.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Ensure documentation and reporting of ELV systems are up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensuring that all existing employees, potential employees, colleagues, and customers are treated equally and with respect.
- Review and approve ELV designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance with specifications and safety standards.

- Proven experience in facilities management projects.
- Understanding of integration between ELV systems and other building services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with MMUP/UPDA registration.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ELV-specific software/tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Certifications in ELV systems (e.g., BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm) are preferred.
- Familiarity with international standards (NFPA, BS, IEEE, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in ELV systems.
