Coordinate subcontractors (such as analytical laboratories, private utility locators, geophysical contractors environmental drillers, and excavation and disposal contractors) in addition to performing office assignments
Prepare project deliverables including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Work Plans, Sampling and Analysis Plans, Site Investigation reports, and Remedial Action Planning documents, in whole or in part, depending on the size and complexity of the document
Participate in proposal preparation (work scope, task-level budgeting, cost estimates, and schedule development); may perform calculations, gather or review information, or prepare standard sections of proposals
Participate in workplan preparation, including development of conceptual site models
Assist with the implementation of Brownfield and/or property redevelopment projects both in the field and office. Periodic travel/field work (some may be out-of-state) may be required for the purpose of leading field crews, performing environmental monitoring or site reconnaissance, or off-site meetings with clients, landowners, and/or regulatory agencies.
