Participate in pursuit and acquisition of project work on a local (or national) basis supporting the business development and marketing team, leading preconstruction, and construction strategy of the pursuit.
Work with the Operations Manager, Project Manager & Safety Manager to develop a strong and proactive site safety program meeting the needs of the company, owner, and the project.
Ensure use of the Project Start-up Planner including updates and maintenance.
Provide vision to ensure that the project pursuit, as well as the project itself, has the proper operational strategies and systems in place to achieve the desired expectations.
Guide the planning process to develop the project approach.
Ensure use of the Boldt Production System (BPS) philosophy, tools, and tracking.
Appraise performance and development of team, holding them accountable to position responsibilities, and established goals.

Four-year engineering degree, preferably in construction management. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.
