The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) leader will oversee the entire EHS department, ensuring compliance with federal, state and corporate regulations. The role involves developing, implementing, and updating compliance tracking processes, maintaining accurate OSHA records, and establishing effective environmental policies.
Key responsibilities include integrating EHS systems with leadership, shaping strategic direction, managing budgets and performance metrics, and leading a team of EHS professionals. The leader will also oversee third‑party relationships, maintain safety databases, and ensure robust training, incident review, and legal compliance.
Candidates must hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or a related field, possess at least 15 years of safety experience, and have five years in an executive leadership role. A CSP certification, strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities are required.
The position offers a total compensation range of $200,000‑$280,000, annual incentive programs, 401(k) match, ESPP, and flexible spending accounts.
