Description

The position involves meeting prospective clients at properties for viewings, liaising with customers and clients in a professional and respectful manner as a Savills representative, and maintaining a good understanding of the property market, especially in Esher and surrounding areas.

Requirements

We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Esher Sales team as a Saturday Viewing Assistant. The role is part‑time, working Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm, and requires a valid UK driving licence.

Candidates should possess strong business acumen, stay up‑to‑date with the latest property‑industry trends, continually assess performance and adapt accordingly, and demonstrate self‑motivation, adaptability and excellent people skills.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the local property market, especially Esher.
• Possess self‑motivation, adaptability and excellent people skills.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, building rapport quickly.
• Present a confident, professional and personable demeanor with clients and purchasers.
